Cool, I got an award.

I was recently honored with an award from a fellow blogger, I am the kind recepiant of a Liebster award courtesy of Same Sassy Girl. For some insane reason, she enjoys my blog and wants to share the love. I'm flattered and honored to receive mention. And I quote "W is another marvelous-looking man who lets you inside his head.  He loves music, motorcycles, cars and beautiful women and has a way of writing about them that makes them interesting whether they're your thing or not.  He poignantly struggles with a lot of the same issues many of us face, and I keep tuning in to see how he is doing, and views of his beautiful body to help me make it though my day." Kind of yanks at the old heart strings doesn't it?  Okay, its just me.

 

From my understanding this is an award for blogs with less than 200 followers, which I clearly fall under. "Liebster" is German for dearest or favorite. There are some rules that go along with this award as well...

Rule #1 Link back to the person that gave you the award.

That would be the a fore mentioned Same Sassy Girl at her blog of the same name. She started blogging a few months ago and is now getting sucked into our little world quite willingly with her great stories of a long lost love, found again. She seems to have a way of leaving us hanging and longing more, so of course we have to check back in all the time.

Rule #2 Choose deserving bloggers and alert them to their award winning status.

This is always the tough part, there are so many deserving blogs out there, many I read already have over 200 followers and others still have already received this award, and yet others are private. So it seems some of my thunder has been stolen. But I will make some picks of my own.

   She has been writing about her re-awaking marriage with complete honesty and openness. She tells it like it is with candor and a smarty tuned wit that keeps me coming back to read more. And the hot, steamy, descriptive sex is such a bonus.

2) Emmy at Right Turn without Signaling

   I've been reading her blog for years and she always has something interesting to say, from the struggles of daily life to motivational Mondays, to sexy play. She is also a photographer and shares some of her beautiful work on blog, which always resonates with me.

4) Cande at Diary

    Another blogger I've been reading for quite a while, Cande has been chronicling her ups and downs in love and life. I'm always looking forward to the next post and grateful for the glimpses she gives us into her life lessons. Good thing she squeaks in under that 200 follower cap so I can still suggest her blog to everyone.

There are so many other great blogs out there. Some have gone away in the silent night with nary a warning, I miss many that I've come to love, others already have huge followings, and still others touch their toes to the water ready to probe the depths. I say, come on in, the waters fine. Take a look around and see what you like, what catches your fancy, or what turns you on. Its all here to be found in Blog Land.
